The Haiti Orphan Relief Team (HORT) is a collaboration of over a dozen ministries and advocacy groups, working together to provide long-term solutions for Haiti’s orphans through the churches of Haiti.
Now, we’re making it easy for you to start your own campaign for Haiti!
You can quickly create your own fundraising page for HORT to raise money to help the orphaned, abandoned and displaced children of Haiti. Set your own fundraising goal. Make your own specific appeal. Track the results.
You simply e-mail your page to friends, family and colleagues, who donate by credit or debit card in an easy, secure online transaction. You can also encourage them to create their own fundraising pages for the cause. They, in turn, tell their friends who then tell their friends, etc. Let’s go viral to help the children of Haiti!

Description: A Valentines Day brunch is being put on by Youth For Christ for about 70 girls at Maryhurst on Saturday, Feb. 13. Prayer request
Dear Friends,
I wanted to ask for your help and prayers for a sweet baby boy with special needs from Ethiopia. He is 9 months old and has been diagnosed with Rickets. We believe that he may also suffer with some sensory integration difficulties and will need a family, open to some unknowns, that can give him a lot of time and attention. If you should know of a family who is home study ready that is willing to adopt him, please ask them to contact us at this address. Until then, please keep little Dawit in your prayers.

Lunch with Servant’s Heart Church
I had a great lunch with the Senior Pastor of Servants Heart Church. It was great to find his family is working with foster children and reaching out to the families of these children. We discussed our families, our calling, and what LOCI is doing in the community. It is wonderful to see the people that God brings together in his plan. Darren
